Cancellation Policy

Flights

Cancellation charges are set by the airline and depend on the fare and how close to departure you cancel. They are shown in the fare rules before you pay.

Cancel at least 3 hours before a domestic and 4 hours before an international departure. After that the ticket is usually treated as a no-show and only refundable taxes are returned.

Dreamoura adds a service charge of ₹300 per passenger per sector for processing a cancellation.

Hotels

Each hotel sets its own free-cancellation deadline, shown on the room before you book. Cancelling after it costs the charge the hotel states, up to the full stay.

Holidays and packages

Package cancellations follow the terms shown on the package, because each part (flights, hotels, transfers, activities) has its own supplier rules.

How to cancel

Use Manage booking in your account, or email support@dreamoura.com with your booking reference. A cancellation is complete only when we confirm it in writing.
