What we collect

Details you give us when you enquire or book: name, email, phone number, travel dates, traveller details and, where an airline or hotel requires it, ID or passport details.

Messages you send us through our website, WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram.

Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure.

How we use it

To answer your enquiry, prepare quotes and complete your bookings with airlines, hotels and other suppliers.

To send booking confirmations, updates and support messages.

To meet legal, tax and fraud-prevention obligations.

Leads from Facebook and Instagram

If you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta shares the details you entered with us. We use them only to contact you about the trip you asked about.

Who we share it with

Only the suppliers needed to fulfil your booking (airlines, hotels, transport and payment providers) and authorities where the law requires it. We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept as long as the law requires. Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted when no longer needed.

Your rights and data deletion

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data at any time. Email support@dreamoura.com with the subject "Delete my data" and the email or phone number you used; we will confirm deletion within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access is limited to staff who need it.
