Who we are

Dreamoura is a travel agency. We book flights, hotels, holidays and related services on your behalf with airlines, hotels and other suppliers. The supplier provides the service; we arrange it.

Your booking

A booking is confirmed only when you have paid and we have sent a confirmation with a booking reference (and, for flights, an airline PNR or ticket number).

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include the taxes shown at checkout. A price can change until payment is complete, because suppliers change their fares.

Traveller details

Names must match the traveller's government ID or passport exactly. Corrections after ticketing follow airline rules and may cost a fee or need a new ticket.

You are responsible for valid travel documents, visas, health requirements and arriving on time for check-in.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment gateway over an encrypted connection. We never store your full card details.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

These follow our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, together with the fare rules of the airline or hotel you booked.

Our responsibility

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, overbooking or service failures caused by suppliers, weather, government action or other events outside our control. We will help you with the supplier where we can.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
