Documents

PDF or a photo, up to 5 MB each. Starred documents are needed before the desk can approve you.

  • PAN card*

    The business's PAN — or the owner's, if the property is not a company.

  • GST registration certificate*

    Or tick below if the property is not registered for GST.

  • Cancelled cheque or bank letter*

    The account your payouts go to.

  • Property ownership, lease or management agreement*

    Shows the property is yours to sell.

  • Owner or signatory's photo ID*

    Aadhaar, passport or voter ID.

  • Trade licence / Shop & Establishment registration

    If the property has one.

  • Tourism department / hotel registration

    If the property is registered with the state or ministry.

  • FSSAI licence

    If the property serves food.

  • Fire NOC

    If the property holds one.

  • Star classification certificate

    If the property claims a star rating.

  • Anything else

    Photos, brochures, anything useful.

Sending this does not put anything on sale. The desk reviews every application, and you will hear either way.
